General Assembly is seeking a Student Experience Associate for a one-year contract in Bahrain. The Student Experience Associate will be responsible for student and course operations, finding process efficiencies, and driving a positive learning experience for all incoming students. They will also streamline student onboarding processes.
  • Building and managing Student Experience strategy
  • Owning and iterating upon current student onboarding
  • Collecting student data pre-course and sharing results with the Instructor Management team
  • Cultivating relationships with each cohort or program
  • Developing a deep understanding of all GA Education Product lines
  • Helping facilitate student orientation
  • Offboarding students
  • Observing instruction and providing coaching to students
  • Supporting with instructor hiring, and management-related processes
Requirements:
  • At least 2 years of work experience in a customer service role
  • Highly organized
  • Great written and verbal communication skills
  • Tech and system savvy; familiar with Google Suite
  • Strong interpersonal skills for handling difficult conversations
  • Fluency in English & Arabic
