General Assembly is seeking a Student Experience Associate for a one-year contract in Bahrain. The Student Experience Associate will be responsible for student and course operations, finding process efficiencies, and driving a positive learning experience for all incoming students. They will also streamline student onboarding processes.
- Building and managing Student Experience strategy
- Owning and iterating upon current student onboarding
- Collecting student data pre-course and sharing results with the Instructor Management team
- Cultivating relationships with each cohort or program
- Developing a deep understanding of all GA Education Product lines
- Helping facilitate student orientation
- Offboarding students
- Observing instruction and providing coaching to students
- Supporting with instructor hiring, and management-related processes
Requirements: - At least 2 years of work experience in a customer service role
- Highly organized
- Great written and verbal communication skills
- Tech and system savvy; familiar with Google Suite
- Strong interpersonal skills for handling difficult conversations
- Fluency in English & Arabic
