Job Description
Addepar is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join their global recruiting team. The Senior Recruiter will assist in hiring efforts for various technical and non-technical positions. The role involves collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to identify and connect with premier talent, ensuring a diverse pipeline of candidates for Addepar's open roles. The Senior Recruiter will have strong experience in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and sourcing and screening talent through various channels including, LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, social media, and open-source communities.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers, recruiters, and sourcers to understand hiring needs.
  • Provide innovative sourcing solutions to drive a pipeline of talent.
  • Leverage Greenhouse, LinkedIn, and other channels to source candidates.
  • Maintain accurate data in the ATS.
  • Partner with recruiters and coordinators to schedule interviews.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends.
  • Minimum 8+ years of recruiting experience.
  • Previous experience recruiting for technical and non-technical roles on a global scale with a focus on APAC (primarily India).
  • Ability to build deep relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to solve problems and think creatively.
  • Deep knowledge of the regional and global talent market.
  • Experience with modern ATS such as Greenhouse.
