Job Description
Addepar is seeking a Senior Recruiter to join their global recruiting team. The Senior Recruiter will assist in hiring efforts for various technical and non-technical positions. The role involves collaborating with recruiters and hiring managers to identify and connect with premier talent, ensuring a diverse pipeline of candidates for Addepar's open roles. The Senior Recruiter will have strong experience in end-to-end recruitment lifecycle and sourcing and screening talent through various channels including, LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse, social media, and open-source communities.
- Collaborate with hiring managers, recruiters, and sourcers to understand hiring needs.
- Provide innovative sourcing solutions to drive a pipeline of talent.
- Leverage Greenhouse, LinkedIn, and other channels to source candidates.
- Maintain accurate data in the ATS.
- Partner with recruiters and coordinators to schedule interviews.
- Stay up to date with industry trends.
- Minimum 8+ years of recruiting experience.
- Previous experience recruiting for technical and non-technical roles on a global scale with a focus on APAC (primarily India).
- Ability to build deep relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to solve problems and think creatively.
- Deep knowledge of the regional and global talent market.
- Experience with modern ATS such as Greenhouse.
