HighFi, a generative AI-powered platform for fintech lenders, is seeking a Partnerships professional to join their team. This role involves building the fundamentals of the GTM department and defining new standards of excellence. The professional will work closely with the founders to drive revenue growth by generating, engaging, and closing qualified leads, as well as developing and implementing effective sales development processes, best practices, and methodologies.Responsibilities:
  • Driving the development and execution of targeted lead generation strategies
  • Identifying and implementing tools to enhance lead qualification and prospecting efforts
  • Building and refining the sales development strategy, aligning it with overall sales goals
  • Creating compelling messaging and materials for lead outreach
  • Continuously assessing and improving sales development processes
  • Utilizing Hubspot to track performance and measure KPIs
Requirements:
  • Motivation to learn and grow quickly
  • Experience selling to banks and financial institutions
  • Passion for sales and a thorough understanding of the product
  • Strong communication skills
  • High sales and financial acumen
  • Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field
