Addepar is seeking an experienced Account Executive to join its Sales Team in the Middle East and Africa (MEA) region. This role is crucial for driving Addepar’s growth as the leading financial platform within the finance industry. The Account Executive will focus on securing new Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) from Registered Investment Advisors (RIAs), Single and Multi-Family Offices, and Private Banks within the MEA region.

What This Role Involves:

  • Developing a strategic sales plan for named accounts within the assigned MEA territory.
  • Managing lead qualification and conversion from financial firms in the MEA region.
  • Prospecting and cultivating new relationships within named accounts.
  • Conducting client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations tailored to the region's needs.
  • Traveling as required to engage with prospects and clients or participate in marketing events (approximately 40-50% travel).

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in software sales, preferably within the MEA region.
  • Background in selling SaaS products to the wealth management or finance industry.
  • A track record of achieving sales quotas and expanding into new markets.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce and a solid understanding of SaaS applications.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills, with the ability to navigate diverse cultures within the MEA market.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable.
  • A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is highly preferred.
  • Experience with web-based conferencing tools such as Zoom and other virtual platforms.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
