Job Description
Addepar is seeking a Sr. Enterprise Sales Engineer to join their team in London. The successful candidate will be a key consultative resource throughout the sales process, leading presentations with C-Suite executives and other key operational resources. He/She will bring a deep knowledge of financial software to help prospects contextualize the Addepar solution fit and work with the Sales team to ensure prospects are abreast of product innovation.
The Sr. Enterprise Sales Engineer will be a creative problem solver, self-starter, and a thoughtful voice to motivate change within the sales organization.
What this role involves:
- Serving as the technical sales point for highly strategic multimillion-dollar enterprise accounts
- Partnering with account executives in communicating the value proposition across multiple products throughout sophisticated sales cycles
- Delivering presentations, product demonstrations, in-depth proof of concepts, and detailed discovery with multiple client personas
- Coordinating large, cross-functional account teams driving initial implementation and growth opportunities
- Initiating and leading sophisticated projects to completion with a high level of execution
Requirements:
- Several years of experience in the Financial Services space
- Experience in FinTech deployment, sales engineering, solutions architecture, product experience, and financial platforms
- Experience at prior SaaS companies in similar roles
- Experience leading complex engagements with 9-12 month sales cycles
- Prior experience selling into private banks, general partners, and asset allocators
- Domain expertise in wealth management, portfolio accounting/analysis, data integration, and software implementation
- Effective oral and written communicator
- Ability to multi-task and track processes and work for numerous prospective clients
- Flexible to travel on short notice (20%+)
