Job Description
Addepar is seeking a Sr. Client Success Manager to join their Enterprise team. This role is based in New York, NY. The Client Success Management (CSM) team at Addepar oversees the complete post-sales lifecycle, ensuring clients achieve maximum value from the platform. The Sr. Client Success Manager will manage Addepar’s largest and most sophisticated clients, including global, private, and regional banks, wirehouses, and broker-dealers.
In this role, the candidate will utilize selling skills and technical knowledge to lead impactful client presentations and demonstrations, clearly articulating Addepar’s value proposition and aligning its capabilities with client needs and business objectives. They will work cross-functionally to identify opportunities to deepen engagement, expand adoption, and develop and execute data-driven strategies to help Addepar grow new annual recurring revenue.

Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in client-facing roles.
- Proven success in consultant, strategist, sales, and technical account manager roles.
- Demonstrated track record in leading large, sophisticated enterprise projects.
- Strong executive presence with exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Extensive knowledge of front, middle, and back office operations in wealth management firms.
- Strong analytical skills.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
- Highly adaptable and thrives in fast-paced environments.
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience is required.
- Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese, both spoken and written, is strongly preferred.
