Implementation Analyst

Job Description

Addepar is seeking an Implementation Analyst to lead and execute end-to-end implementation projects, onboarding new clients onto the Addepar platform. The Implementation Analyst, also known as a Solutions Consultant, will collaborate closely with clients, including RIAs, Family Offices, and Private Banks, to identify how Addepar can unlock significant value for their businesses. They will design and build solutions tailored to meet client needs, leveraging their deep understanding of finance and technology.This role involves:

• Leading and completing implementation projects for new clients.
• Assessing and owning the success of add-on projects and partner delivery assurance.
• Transitioning clients and their data onto Addepar.
• Setting, leading, and communicating expectations internally and externally.
• Prioritizing and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Improving current processes and tools.
• Serving as a subject matter expert on Addepar.

Addepar requires candidates to have:

• Professional experience in Financial Services or Consulting.
• Prior client-facing experience (a plus).
• 2+ years of professional experience.
• Outstanding communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Independence, adaptability, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills for effective communication with clients.
• Passion for technology and finance.
• Experience with programming/scripting, specifically Python.
