Solutions Consultant

Job Description

Addepar is seeking a Solutions Consultant to lead end-to-end client onboarding and design scalable solutions. The Solutions Consultant will work with a diverse client base, from large wealth management firms to Registered Investment Advisors. They will manage projects autonomously, collaborate with internal teams, and optimize workflows to enhance client outcomes.Role involves:

• Leading and completing implementation projects for new clients.
• Assessing and owning the success of add-on projects.
• Demonstrating technical and industry expertise to transition clients and their data.
• Setting, leading, and communicating expectations internally and externally.
• Prioritizing and context-switching to complete simultaneous projects.
• Improving current processes and tools.
• Being a subject matter expert on Addepar.

Requirements:

• Professional experience in Financial Services or Consulting.
• Prior client-facing experience is a plus.
• 2+ years of professional experience.
• Outstanding communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
• Independent, adaptable, and can thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills to train and communicate effectively with clients.
• Passion for technology and finance.
• Experience with programming/scripting, specifically Python.
• Comfortable with occasional travel.
