- Developing and leading the long-term vision and strategy for infrastructure and tooling.
- Creating scalable, reliable, and efficient systems.
- Engaging in hands-on coding, development, and maintenance in production environments.
- Participating in day-to-day production operations.

- Working across a broad spectrum of technological disciplines.
Requirements include:
- BSc or MSc in Computer Science.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in backend and infrastructure development.
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience with high-level and low-level languages.
- Experience in large-scale production microservices environments and DevOps operations.
- Deep understanding of distributed systems and microservices architectures.
- Proficiency with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure and containerization technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Ability to move between teams and projects in a dynamic environment.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
