CookUnity is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Scientist to enhance its search and recommendation models. The ideal candidate will drive innovation and deliver personalized experiences to users.

Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, develop, and deploy Machine Learning models for real-time recommendations and search.
• Research and implement state-of-the-art machine learning techniques.
• Lead the Machine Learning community within CookUnity.
• Develop search ranking algorithms and relevance models.
• Implement end-to-end production ML systems at scale.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and data science teams.
• Advocate for AI adoption within the organization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of industry experience in building and deploying recommendation and search systems at scale.
• Strong background in machine learning with expertise in personalized machine learning algorithms.
• Practical experience with building scalable recommendations and search.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Kotlin or similar language.
• Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Scikit-learn.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and MLOps best practices.
