Wellhub is seeking a Customer Service Specialist fluent in German and English to join their international Customer Experience team based in Madrid, Spain. Wellhub is a corporate wellness platform connecting employees to fitness, mindfulness, therapy, nutrition, and sleep resources, with a growing global team in 11 countries. The Customer Service Specialist will play a key role in leveraging the Wellhub user experience by providing top-notch support to users and gym partners in the UK and Germany.

The role involves:

  • Identifying and assessing customers’ needs to ensure satisfaction.
  • Managing customer communications and replying to requests via email and chat.
  • Taking care of customer complaints, providing solutions, and ensuring resolution.
  • Maintaining the CRM system and updating customer records.
  • Collaborating with multiple departments to support various processes.

Requirements:

  • Proficient/Fluent level of German and English is required.
  • Previous experience in customer service, helpdesk, or similar.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a genuine care for offering top-quality service.
  • Ability to be flexible, resourceful, and to multi-task.
  • Positive attitude, proactive, and dynamic.
  • First experience with Zendesk would be a plus.
