Job Description
Wellhub, formerly Gympass, is seeking a Partner Acquisition Channel Senior Manager to join their Partner Sales team in Houston, Texas. The role involves generating qualified leads, managing relationships with indirect channels, and driving traffic to the Self Sign-Up page to reduce customer acquisition costs and increase gym sign-ups. This individual will collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product Development, Operations, and Data teams.
Responsibilities:
  • Increase the number of warm and qualified leads generated through indirect acquisition channels.
  • Improve conversion rates of these leads into launches via the Self Sign-Up (SSU) page.
  • Achieve a lower Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) through Self Sign-Up compared to direct sales.
  • Expand and deepen partnerships with indirect acquisition channel providers.
  • Streamline the integration process of leads from indirect channels into SSU,reducing bottlenecks and improving operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Relevant Degree in Business, Marketing, Sales related field.
  • Proven experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition processes and digital sales channels.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
  • Ability to work and lead cross-functionally with multiple teams.
