Wellhub, formerly Gympass, is seeking a Partner Sales Director in Argentina to lead their Partner team. This role involves strategic account management and team leadership.

The Partner Sales Director will guide the team to prospect new partners, manage key relationships, ensure partner satisfaction, and drive the team toward achieving their objectives. They will balance executive day-to-day tasks with long-term strategic planning, ensuring alignment with company goals and fostering a high-performance team environment.

Role involves:
  • Leading and managing the Partner team in Argentina, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
  • Providing direct supervision to the team, offering guidance and support for their performance and development.
  • Leading the end-to-end sales cycle for strategic partnerships, from outreach to launch.
  • Overseeing strategic account management for key partners, ensuring satisfaction and profitability.
  • Developing and implementing strategies to achieve OKRs.
  • Facilitating communication and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Analyzing and interpreting reports and data to inform decision-making.
  • Act as part of the country leadership team, proactively nurturing the culture and engagement of the workforce.

Requirements:
  • Solid experience in commercial and new business areas.
  • Solid experience in leadership.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Understanding of how a sports or fitness business operates.
  • Experience in Salesforce management.
