Job Description
Wellhub is seeking a Frontend Tech Lead to join their Technology and Product team. This role involves leading critical projects from architectural design to implementation, guiding architectural discussions and code reviews. The candidate will design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and improve services with a focus on performance and scalability. They will work with cutting-edge technologies, propose solutions to stakeholders, and guide other engineers in their career growth.

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience
- Familiarity with frontend stacks like ReactJS, Typescript, and BFFs over Node.js
- Experience developing RESTful APIs
- Experience applying computer science fundamentals
- Proficiency in automated testing
- Strong experience with web technologies like ReactJS, NextJS, and AWS
- Knowledge of TDD, SOLID, and Design Patterns
- Experience in managing or technically leading a software engineering team
- Strong communication skills in English
