Senior Data Scientist | Partner Content

Wellhub is seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join their Partner Content team in Brazil. The company is dedicated to corporate wellness, connecting employees to fitness, mindfulness, and other wellbeing resources. The role involves working within the Consumer Digital Experience (CODE) team to enhance the user experience and promote wellness.

Responsibilities:

• Identifying opportunities to use GenAI to address business challenges.
• Providing data insights to support product decisions.
• Developing and refining prompts to enhance the performance of generative models.
• Collecting, preprocess, and analyze large datasets.
• Developing and utilizing embeddings to represent complex data types.
• Staying current with the latest research in generative AI.
• Working closely with cross-functional teams to integrate generative models into products and services.
• Developing robust evaluation frameworks to assess agentic AI performance.
• Establishing monitoring systems that track LLM behavior in production.
• Maintaining comprehensive documentation of models, algorithms, experiments, and processes.
• Inspiring and empowering others by caring for your own wellbeing and your colleagues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, or a related field.
• Knowledge of generative models, including GANs, VAEs, autoregressive models, and transformers.
• Experience in multi-agent systems and LLMs.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (both in English and Portuguese).
• Prior experience in Data Science and GenAI applications is mandatory.
