Senior Full Stack Software Engineer (React.js + Kotlin) | Partners Experience

Wellhub is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to join its Partners Experience team in Brazil. This role focuses on enhancing the partner experience within Wellhub's marketplace, streamlining processes, and elevating partner satisfaction. The ideal candidate will contribute to the design, development, and maintenance of services, ensuring high performance and scalability.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain services with a focus on performance, scalability, and resilience.
• Ensure successful deliveries and uphold code quality standards.
• Promote development best practices, including code reviews and TDD.
• Support existing systems, enhance functionality, and scale to meet product demands.
• Participate in the development of desktop and mobile applications, BFFs, and front-end services.
• Collaborate in an agile environment, prioritizing people and productivity.

Requirements:

• Consolidated experience in full stack development.
• Solid experience with ReactJS and proficiency in backend programming languages (Kotlin/Java/Ruby/Go/C++/etc.).
• Experience working with agile product development teams.
• Experience with monitoring, observability, and KPIs tracking.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Experience in developing RESTful web services.
• Experienced in applying computer science fundamentals.
• Experienced in working with SQL technologies such as PostgreSQL, MySQL.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Ability to present work in English or Portuguese.
