Wellhub is seeking a Senior Salesforce Software Engineer to join their Partners Focus Area team in Brazil. This role is focused on developing scalable solutions that enhance productivity and ensure user-friendly, data-driven products within the business areas. The Partners team is responsible for integrating new partners into Wellhub, manage sales flow including negotiation, integration, and retention.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain features emphasizing performance and scalability.
- Bring expertise in architecture and design processes.
- Create new solutions to meet emerging business needs.
- Work in agile development and quick prototypes.
- Engage in coding to develop solutions and solve problems.
- Account for systems reliability, scalability, and SLO.
- Identify and raise awareness on technical debts and engineering backlog.
- Build solutions through declarative programming (Flow) and coding (Apex, LWC, Aura).
- Maintain quality from every feature developed.
- Assume responsibility for initiatives.
Requirements:
- Expert knowledge of Apex and JavaScript.
- Experience in Aura and Web Components.
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent experience.
- Experience in collaborative environments with engineers, product managers, and designers.
- Experience in Agile ecosystems.
- Passion for new technologies and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and project management skills.
- Proactive, able to think outside the box.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability to lead initiatives and improve team members' knowledge.
- Prior expertise with Apex, and an advanced level of English are mandatory requirements
