Wellhub is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to join its CODE team, specifically the Challenges & Gamefication Squad, in Portugal. Wellhub is a corporate wellness platform committed to making every company a wellness company. The CODE team focuses on the consumer digital experience, developing and maintaining Wellhub's app, frontend, and backend services.

The Senior Software Engineer will actively participate in architectural decisions, suggest improvements, and collaborate with product and UX teams. This role demands a data-driven person who ensures high-quality deliverables. The engineer will also mentor less experienced developers and foster a supportive environment that prioritizes both personal and professional well-being.

Role Involves:
