Wellhub is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join its CODE team in Portugal. This role focuses on enhancing the consumer digital experience, specifically within the Challenges & Gamefication Squad. The ideal candidate will be passionate about delivering high-quality work, mentoring junior developers, and contributing to architectural decisions.Responsibilities include:

• Delivering timely, high-quality work.
• Performing insightful pull-request reviews and building reusable code.
• Participating in architectural decisions and sharing improvement opportunities.
• Interacting with the product team and stakeholders.
• Ensuring successful deliveries and promoting technical health.
• Taking ownership of critical features and ensuring code quality.
• Mentoring less experienced developers.
• Participating in incident resolution.
