Qualifications and Skills:
- High school diploma or GED required; associate’s or bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 1–2 years of experience in billing, accounts receivable, or a related role.
- Proficiency with billing systems and accounting software.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
