Operations Associate (Part-Time) - Dumbo

Job Description

Alo Yoga is seeking a part-time Operations Associate in Dumbo, Brooklyn, to drive profitability and efficiency. The Operations Associate will collaborate with the Operations & Visual Management team to optimize store operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Executing inventory management processes with accuracy
• Investigating inventory accuracy issues
• Supporting operational functions like shipment processing and sales floor replenishment
• Maintaining visual standards
• Ensuring a safe work environment
• Assisting in fulfilling business, team, and guest needs

Requirements:

• 1+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales & operational environment
• Ability to move constantly in the store
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform physical tasks
• Passion for customer service
• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results
• Alignment with Alo’s Guiding Principles
