Job Description

Alo Yoga is seeking an Operations Lead for their Dumbo, Brooklyn location. This individual will be a crucial part of the store leadership team, driving profitability and efficiency. The Operations Lead will collaborate with the Operations & Visual Manager to delegate tasks, provide feedback, and achieve optimal results in total store operations.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading and executing inventory management processes
  • Investigating inventory accuracy issues
  • Managing key operational functions (shipment, receiving, replenishment, etc.)
  • Championing visual standards
  • Maintaining stockroom standards
  • Managing reporting, budgets, and expenses
  • Leveraging metrics to support business strategies
  • Overseeing Operations Associates and fostering their development
  • Collaborating with Visual and Sales Leads
  • Executing company-level operations directives

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a client-centric sales environment
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Excellent decision-making abilities
