Job Description
Alo Yoga is seeking an Operations Lead for their West Edmonton Mall location. This individual will be a critical part of the store leadership team, driving profitability and efficiency.

- Leading and executing inventory management processes.
- Investigating and resolving inventory accuracy issues.
- Managing key operational functions such as shipment receiving, floor set updates, and supply management.
- Championing visual standards for the sales floor.
- Supporting a safe work environment and efficient stockroom operations.
- Partnering with the Operations & Visual Manager to manage reporting, budgets, and vendor relationships.
- Leveraging metrics to support business strategies.
- Overseeing the Operations Associates, including recruitment and development.
- Collaborating with Visual and Sales & Service Leads.
- Executing company-level operations directives.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a client-centric, sales environment.
- Proven leadership and decision-making skills.
- Receptiveness to feedback.
- High energy and enthusiasm.
- Self-motivation and a desire to achieve results.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Alignment with Alo's guiding principles.
- Open availability, including peak days, weekends, and the holiday blackout period.
