Operations & Visual Manager - SanTan Village

Job Description

Alo Yoga is seeking an Operations and Visual Manager for their SanTan Village location in Gilbert, Arizona. This role is vital to the store's leadership team, focusing on operational and visual execution to ensure an efficient and customer-ready environment. The Operations and Visual Manager is responsible for inventory management, labor planning and scheduling, and upholding visual standards. Key Responsibilities:

• Overseeing and supporting key operational and visual processes.
• Investigating and resolving inventory accuracy issues.
• Championing strong visual standards using business performance data.
• Managing sell-through by ensuring inventory accuracy and coordinating labor for product deliveries.
• Supporting a safe and efficient work environment.
• Representing the business in meetings and managing the budget.
• Leading and coaching the Operations and Visual team.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a changing environment.
• Alignment with Alo's Guiding Principles.
• Independent work ethic and strong time management skills.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/move for an entire shift.
