Alo Yoga is seeking a Sales Associate in Dumbo, Brooklyn, to contribute to achieving store sales goals and uphold the Alo experience and brand mission. The role focuses on creating authentic customer connections, providing product education, and informing customers about Alo's community and culture.
Responsibilities:
- Impact the business positively.
- Drive exceeding sales goals and optimize productivity.
- Ensure customer engagement and a friendly shopping environment.
- Build client relationships daily.
- Analyze reports and strategize.
- Ensure effective sales floor coverage.
- Educate about new product launches.
- Introduce facets of the Alo business model.
- Resolve client needs quickly.
- Assist in processing shipment and visual merchandising.
- Keep store clean and efficient.
Requirements:
- 1+ years in client-centric, sales environment.
- Passion for customer service.
- Aligns with Alo’s Guiding Principles.
- Self-motivated.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand and move.
