Job Description

Alo Yoga is seeking a part-time Sales Associate in Dumbo, Brooklyn, to contribute to achieving store sales objectives. The Sales Associate embodies the Alo experience and brand mission, delivering exceptional customer service through genuine connection, product knowledge, and education about the company's community and culture.

Role involves:
• Driving sales and exceeding goals through Alo’s Flow initiatives.
• Ensuring customer engagement and providing a friendly shopping environment.
• Building client relationships and analyzing reports to improve results.
• Leading selling initiatives and educating guests on product, community, and culture.
• Assisting with shipment processing, visual merchandising, and store maintenance.

Requirements:
• Preferred 1+ years experience in client-focused sales.
• Passion for customer service.
• Alignment with Alo’s Guiding Principles.
• Self-motivation and ability to work in a team.
• Ability to move up to 50 pounds and stand for an entire shift.
