Job Description
Alo Yoga is seeking a part-time Sales Associate for their Westfield Century City location. This role focuses on achieving store sales goals by delivering an exceptional Alo experience and promoting the brand mission. The Sales Associate will connect with guests, educate them on products, and inform them about Alo's community and culture. They will work within a team to drive sales, analyze reports, and ensure effective sales floor coverage.
Responsibilities:
  • Achieving store sales goals.
  • Creating a positive Alo experience for every guest.
  • Providing expert product knowledge including features, benefits, fabric, usage, design, and care.
  • Analyzing reports and implementing strategies to improve deficient areas.
  • Assisting with shipment processing, visual merchandising.
  • Maintaining store cleanliness and safety.
Requirements:
  • Preferred 1+ years prior experience in client-centric sales
  • A passion for customer service
  • Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, bend, kneel, and climb
  • Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
