Alo Yoga is seeking a Sales & Service Lead in Dumbo, Brooklyn, NY. The Sales & Service Lead is crucial to enhancing the guest experience at Alo Yoga, ensuring targets for engagement, guest education, and interaction are met, and fostering a service-oriented environment.

Role involves:

  • Leading guest experience on the floor.
  • Building client relationships.
  • Analyzing reports to strategize and deliver results.
  • Managing reporting, budgets, and inventory.
  • Overseeing Sales & Service Associates and Cashiers.
  • Collaborating with Community & Studio, Operations and Visual Leads.
  • Executing company-level operations-focused directives.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years in a client-centric, sales environment.
  • Proven leadership capabilities.
  • Values and provides feedback.
  • High energy and enthusiastic.
  • Self-motivated with a desire to achieve results.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills.
