Sales & Service Manager - SanTan Village

Job Description

Alo Yoga is seeking a Sales & Service Manager for their SanTan Village store in Gilbert, Arizona. This role is crucial for implementing Alo's business and guest experience strategy. The Sales & Service Manager will focus on achieving business targets, enhancing guest experience, and developing talent, ensuring that the store provides an exceptional guest experience. They will work closely with the General Manager to analyze sales opportunities, manage the budget, and implement the Sales & Service strategy.

When not assisting guests, the Sales & Service Manager will perform other tasks to maintain the store's cleanliness, safety, and efficient operation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the Sales & Service team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Building client relationships.
• Developing workforce solutions and leading sales initiatives.
• Managing the budget and business data.
• Leading and coaching the Sales, Service, and Community teams.
• Overseeing the execution of the Alo Sales and Service Model.
• Collaborating with business partners.

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for an entire shift.
