Job Description

The Store Manager at Alo Yoga is responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the store's business. This includes creating a positive work environment, achieving sales and profitability goals, and developing a successful team. The Store Manager acts as a true business owner for the store.

Role involves:

  • Developing and executing retail strategies
  • Leading and managing the store team
  • Achieving sales and profitability goals
  • Overseeing sales, service, operations, and visual standards
  • Collaborating with cross-functional business partners

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of retail or related industry leadership experience
  • Working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook)
  • Extraordinary interpersonal and communication skills
  • Motivated by driving business in a fast-paced environment
  • Independent work ethic and time management skills
  • Alignment with Alo's Guiding Principles and an entrepreneurial spirit
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to stand and move for an entire shift
