Business Development Representative

Job Description

LearnUpon is seeking a motivated Outbound Business Development Representative to join their team in Salt Lake City, Utah. This is a hybrid role requiring 4 days per week in the Salt Lake City office. LearnUpon is a leading LMS provider that helps organizations train their employees, partners, and customers through a single, powerful solution.

The Business Development Team is at the forefront of LearnUpon's Sales team, qualifying inquiries and proactively creating opportunities through outbound prospecting. The ideal candidate will determine if LearnUpon's product is suitable for potential customers.

What this role involves:

• Identifying and prospecting into strategic accounts to understand business requirements.
• Building a high-value pipeline of qualified opportunities for the Sales team.
• Developing and improving processes for the BDR team and company's outbound strategy.
• Providing friendly and knowledgeable service to potential customers.
• Listening to prospects challenges and using LearnUpon's LMS to solve those problems
• Working with tech stack including Salesforce, Salesloft, LinkedIn Sales Nav, Cognism, VidYard, Chilli Piper and more.
• Creating memorable and educational experiences to drive LearnUpon’s business growth.

Requirements:
