Make, a leading visual platform for automation, seeks a Customer Education Lifecycle Manager to develop and implement a learner engagement and retention strategy for Make Academy. This role involves ensuring learners progress successfully through the academy, acquire necessary skills, and adopt Make to boost customer retention and growth. The position is based in Prague, Czechia.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and map the learner lifecycle to identify engagement opportunities and drop-off points.
- Design personalized learning pathways aligning with learner needs and experience levels.
- Develop tech-touch engagement campaigns and triggered messaging sequences.
- Use automation tools like Customer.io to create data-driven engagement workflows.
- Analyze learner behavior using Google Analytics and Mixpanel to enhance engagement.
- Collaborate with the content team to optimize learning experiences on Thinkific, Make's LMS.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in learner or customer journey mapping with a focus on retention.
- Expertise in segmentation and personalization.
- Hands-on experience with email marketing tools (Customer.io, HubSpot, Braze, etc.).
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Proficiency in A/B testing and data-driven decision-making.
- Familiarity with HTML and CSS.
- Experience using analytics tools like Google Analytics or Mixpanel.
- Strong understanding of automation tools and integration platforms.
- Ability to work autonomously and build processes from scratch.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
