Role Involves:
- Creating, maintaining, and prioritizing the backlog for a portfolio of clients.
- Acting as a guardian of client value and translating needs into high-value projects.
- Translating project characteristics into structured product requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria, etc.).
- Validating the feasibility of proposed solutions with the development team.
- Performing quality control (usability testing).
- Staying attentive to market trends and proposing innovative and distinctive improvements.
- Ensuring the team understands the elements of the product backlog.
- Prioritizing backlog items to achieve objectives and results.
- Advising clients and proposing solutions that respect their constraints.
- Analyzing needs and the market to define problems, opportunities, and possible solutions.
Requirements:
- University degree and/or relevant training in project management and agility.
- Bilingual (ability to work with exclusively English-speaking clients).
- Autonomous, curious, and a strong ability to learn.
- Effective working methods.
- Excellent ability to simplify and communicate orally and in writing.
- Significant experience in a similar agile role.
- Experience with task management software such as JIRA.
- Knowledge of Shopify or Magento platforms (an asset).
