Novatize, specializing in innovative e-commerce solutions, is seeking a Product Owner to join their team. This role involves managing and prioritizing the backlog for a portfolio of clients, translating their needs into high-value projects. The Product Owner will work closely with the development team to validate solutions, perform quality control, and stay attentive to market trends to propose innovative improvements. This position offers the flexibility to telecommute, work in the office or in a hybrid mode. Responsibilities include:
- Creating, maintaining, and prioritizing the backlog of a portfolio of clients
- Translating project features into structured product requirements
- Validating the feasibility of proposed solutions with the development team
- Performing quality control through usability testing
- Staying updated on market trends and proposing innovative improvements
- Ensuring the team understands the product backlog elements
- Ordering backlog elements to achieve objectives and results
- Advising clients and proposing solutions within their constraints
- Performing needs and market analysis to define problems and opportunities
Requirements:
- University degree and/or relevant training in project management and agility
- Bilingual (English)
- Autonomous, curious, and strong learning capacity
- Efficient work methods
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience in a similar role in agile
- Experience with task management software such as JIRA
