MiQ is seeking an Account Manager to join their team in China. The Account Manager will play a crucial role in retaining and growing key accounts through strategic partnerships and exceptional service. Responsibilities:
- Develop client-specific strategies in collaboration with Sales, Trading, DnA, and Marketing teams.
- Protect and grow MiQ’s key accounts through upsell/cross-sell strategies.
- Actively listen to stakeholders and clients to identify needs and opportunities.
- Maintain regular communication with all accounts, including scheduling and hosting meetings.
- Manage media plan QA, develop detailed budget allocation, and project manage creative assets.
- Monitor campaign pacing and performance, provide end-of-campaign reporting and insights.
- Support CRM management, reconciliation of bookings, and resolution of invoice queries.
- Troubleshoot campaign issues with the support of the Tech team.
- Deliver insight-driven recommendations for clients during and post-campaign.
Requirements:
- 3+ years in an advertising/media agency or similar.
- Client-facing experience in programmatic advertising (Client Services/ Sales Support/ Ad-Ops background).
- High attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
- Reliable, extremely organized, and proactive with a willingness to learn.
