MiQ is seeking an Account Manager to join its Account Services team in China. The Account Manager will be responsible for retaining and growing key accounts through strategic partnerships and successful campaigns. The role involves mentoring junior team members and ensuring the department's development.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop client-specific strategy alongside stakeholders.
  • Protect and grow MiQ’s key accounts via upsell/cross-sell.
  • Maintain regular communication with accounts.
  • Manage and deliver post-campaign reporting and insights.
  • Troubleshoot campaign issues with the support of the Tech team
  • Deliver insight driven recommendations for clients during and post campaign.

Requirements:

  • ~3+ years in an advertising/media agency (or similar)
  • Client-facing experience in programmatic advertising
  • High attention to detail, reliability, and organization
  • Excellent communication skills
