MiQ is seeking an Account Manager to join their Account Services team. This role involves strategic partnerships, successful campaigns, and excellent service to retain and grow key accounts. The Account Manager will mentor junior team members, fostering development within the department.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing client-specific strategies.
  • Protecting and growing key accounts through upsell/cross-sell.
  • Maintaining regular communication with accounts.
  • Delivering insight-driven recommendations.

Requirements include:

  • 3+ years in advertising/media agency.
  • Client-facing experience in programmatic advertising.
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
