Verkada is seeking a Sr. Manager/Director of North American Field Marketing to lead and scale in-person field programs, drive prospect engagement, and manage a growing team of field marketers. The ideal candidate will partner with sales leadership and the digital acquisition team to drive demand and work with channel partners to develop a best-in-class ecosystem.Verkada is a leader in cloud-based B2B physical security, offering integrated product lines through a single cloud-based software platform. Founded in 2016, Verkada has expanded rapidly with offices across three continents and a large customer base.Responsibilities:
  • Build and scale in-person field programs.
  • Drive the creation of quarterly plans.
  • Partner with sales and acquisition demand generation managers.
  • Work with channel teams to develop co-marketing motions.
  • Execute and own a broad range of activities.
  • Manage and act on data and insights.
Requirements:
  • 7-15 years of marketing experience (B2B IT, high-tech).
  • Expert understanding of event logistics and demand generation.
  • Experience leading a high-performing team.
  • Strong ability to analyze data and metrics.
  • Proven ability to partner with sales.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • SFDC and Marketo/Hubspot experience.
  • Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
