Job Description

Verkada is seeking a Head of Product to lead their Computer Vision and Artificial Intelligence initiatives. This role is pivotal in establishing Verkada as the market leader in enterprise video security. The Head of Product will shape the future of AI-powered video intelligence, advancing capabilities like people and vehicle detection. They will partner with PhD engineers to push the boundaries of computer vision and AI to redefine physical security.Role involves:

• Leading a team of engineers and designers.
• Understanding customer use cases and challenges.
• Developing and driving the Cameras roadmap.
• Identifying new AI and computer vision technologies.
• Defining feature sets for customer protection.
• Launching products through established channels.
• Owning pricing, positioning, and sales training.
• Defining success metrics and optimizing processes.
• Partnering with product marketing.

Requirements:

• Proven history of launching and scaling AI or CV based products.
• Strong customer intuition and technical depth.
• Ability to lead across strategy and execution.
• Passion for craftsmanship and product details.
• 5-8+ years of experience in product or engineering leadership.
• Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or similar.
