Planet is seeking an Account Executive to expand government sales within Intelligence, Defense, and National Security for South Korea and Taiwan. This remote role, based in Singapore, Malaysia, or Australia, involves growing Planet's sales pipeline and revenue. The ideal candidate will have government and defense sales experience, a strong network, and the ability to navigate procurement processes.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop sales pipelines
  • Run campaigns to attract new opportunities
  • Prospect and develop business relationships
  • Manage contracting and Government procurement process
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene using Salesforce.com.


Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or commensurate professional experience
  • 4+ years of experience in geospatial software, imagery or technical sales
  • 4+ years of experience selling to government customers
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience with Salesforce.com or a similar CRM System
  • Fluent in English
