MiQ is seeking a Key Account Manager to join their Brisbane team. This role focuses on retaining and growing the company's largest accounts, building strong client relationships, and ensuring successful campaigns. The ideal candidate will possess sales experience and a client-facing background in programmatic advertising.

The Key Account Manager will:

  • Actively listen to stakeholders and clients to understand their needs, and identify opportunities and solutions that cater to those needs.
  • Develop client specific strategy alongside stakeholders from Solutions, Trading, DnA and Product teams.
  • Assume accountability for executing/delivering client strategy.
  • Maintain regular communication with all accounts including scheduling and hosting face-to-face meetings, entertainment & business reviews.

Requirements:

  • ~5+ years of industry experience at an advertising/media agency (or similar)
  • Client facing experience in programmatic advertising (Client Services/ Sales Support/Ad-Ops background)
  • Experience creating and delivering growth strategies with proven results
  • High attention to detail
