MiQ, a leading Independent Marketing Intelligence Company, is seeking an Account Management + Ad Operations Executive for their China business unit in Shanghai. This is a unique opportunity to be the first Ad Operations employee of MiQ's China team, servicing global brands marketing to Chinese consumers. The role will be focused on the smooth and efficient execution of digital media campaigns.

The Ad Operations Executive will manage the technical elements of pre-campaign launch, creative trafficking, and data analysis/reporting. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, diligent, and thrive in a company with ambitious growth plans and a leading culture.

The Role Involves:

  • Creating ad-serving packages for clients and internal process
  • Traffic creatives from systems such as DCM, Celtra & Scoota into Appnexus & DBM
  • Project manage creative design & build – from forming a brief, through to managing the design agency, quality assurance, amends and client sign-off.
  • Troubleshooting
  • Campaign Activation
  • Finance administration
  • Supporting client engagement

Requirements:

  • 1-4 years of experience in digital trafficking / Client Coordination role.
  • Strong Ad-ops trafficking, campaign management/Client servicing, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Expert in at least one of the domains programmatic or social advertising (paid media)
  • Hands-on experience on more than one digital platform. (Ad server / DSP / SSP / DMP, etc.)
  • Working knowledge and understanding of Javascript, HTML5
  • Experience in dealing with Clients from China.
  • Strong communication skills; an ability to work independently and within a team environment
