Point72 is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join Cubist Systematic Strategies, focusing on systematic, computer-driven trading strategies. The Recruiting Coordinator will collaborate with the talent acquisition team, assisting in the full recruitment lifecycle across various business areas.Role responsibilities:
  • Assisting with the full recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
  • Interfacing with candidates, vendors, and colleagues to schedule interviews
  • Maintaining candidate pipelines in the recruiting database
  • Collecting feedback and identifying next steps for candidates
  • Improving recruitment processes and practices
  • Ensuring adherence to compliance policies
Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field of study
  • 1-3 years of experience in problem solving and multitasking
  • Ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Experience with Greenhouse
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
