Point72 is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to join Cubist Systematic Strategies, focusing on systematic, computer-driven trading strategies. The Recruiting Coordinator will collaborate with the talent acquisition team, assisting in the full recruitment lifecycle across various business areas.Role responsibilities:
- Assisting with the full recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
- Interfacing with candidates, vendors, and colleagues to schedule interviews
- Maintaining candidate pipelines in the recruiting database
- Collecting feedback and identifying next steps for candidates
- Improving recruitment processes and practices
- Ensuring adherence to compliance policies
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in any field of study
- 1-3 years of experience in problem solving and multitasking
- Ability to independently manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Experience with Greenhouse
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
