Job Description
MiQ is seeking an Associate Counsel for Transactions & Product to join their commercial legal team in the UK. This role involves providing practical legal guidance in negotiating and managing client and vendor contracts. It's an ideal opportunity for someone eager to transition to an in-house role within a global organization.
Responsibilities include:
- Drafting, negotiating, reviewing, and managing agreements with MiQ’s advertiser clients, ad agencies, and ad technology platforms.
- Advising on legal risks related to partnership agreements, vendor agreements, and commercial matters.
- Supporting senior commercial leads in the UK, Europe, and global markets.
- Working with internal stakeholders, building relationships, and collaborating across differences to find solutions.
The ideal candidate should possess:
- 5+ years of UK post-qualification experience.
- CIPP/E qualification.
- Adaptability, resilience, and confidence.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and work independently.
- Experience collaborating with global teams.
- Understanding of business and financial structures.
- Experience in Ad Tech, Martech, or Tech Transactions (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills.
