Gong is seeking a Senior Sales Engineer to join their team in Dublin. This is a hybrid role, requiring office presence three days a week and remote work. The Senior Sales Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring Enterprise prospects and customers experience a high-quality engagement with Gong's platform.

The position involves working with Gong's largest opportunities in EMEA, addressing complex use cases, and serving as a strategic resource. The Senior Sales Engineer will work alongside Sales and Customer Success teams, acting as the ultimate product expert and technical advisor.

Responsibilities:

  • Work alongside Sales and Customer Success teams.
  • Explain and demo the Gong platform.
  • Advise prospects and customers on achieving business outcomes.
  • Assist with Business Assessments (POCs, Pilots).
  • Build and deliver solution-based demos.
  • Craft content for leveraging Gong in specific use cases.
  • Solve complex business requirements.
  • Assist with RFPs and questionnaires.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally.
  • Partner with Marketing on demand gen activities.
  • Contribute reusable assets.
  • Share customer feedback to influence product roadmap.

Requirements:

  • 6+ years of customer-facing experience in sales engineering.
  • Experience with sales technology (CRMs), cloud architecture, or telephony systems.
  • Experience with data flows, AI/ML concepts, APIs/webhooks, or JSON.
  • Understanding of SaaS security and privacy.
  • Business understanding of GTM sales teams and processes.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong teamwork skills.
  • Passion for technology and problem-solving.
