This role involves designing custom technical solutions for clients, driving their analytics vision, and managing analytics projects. The Solutions Engineer will be the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of outputs.Responsibilities include:
- Driving client's analytics vision
- Critically assessing and questioning briefs
- Managing agency/client analytics projects
- Maintaining client relationships
- Sharing knowledge on solutions
- Assessing gaps in the market
- Advocating for clients to product teams
- Experience in a technical media/data role
- Experience in client/advertiser interaction and presentation
- Experience with designing solutions and project managing them
- Proven track record working with unstructured data
- Fluency in data analysis techniques and MS Office/G-Suite
- Strong communication skills
