International Controllership Intern

VTEX is seeking an International Controllership Intern to join their team. This internship offers hands-on experience in financial operations across multiple countries. The intern will support accounting processes, prepare financial reports, and contribute to SOX compliance activities.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting the accounting closing process.
• Maintaining the chart of accounts.
• Assisting in the preparation of financial reports.
• Contributing to SOX compliance activities.
• Collaborating with the team to improve and standardize processes.

Requirements:

• Based in Rio or São Paulo.
• Studying Business Administration, Economics, or Accounting (graduation expected in 2026 or later).
• Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
• Ability to communicate in Advanced English (Spanish would be a differential).
• Initiative and Proactivity.
• Attention to detail and a sense of quality.
• Self-motivated to work in an environment with significant autonomy and a flat hierarchy.
