This role involves leading a sales team, driving sales strategy, and building strong customer relationships. The candidate will be responsible for meeting or exceeding sales quotas and expanding market presence.
Responsibilities: - Leading, mentoring, and developing the sales team.
- Driving sales strategy and execution.
- Optimizing sales performance through data analysis.
- Recruiting and building a high-performing team.
- Strengthening customer and partner relationships.
- Serving as a voice of the customer.
Requirements: - 4+ years of experience managing high-performing sales teams.
- Expertise in sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger, Solution Selling, MEDDPICC).
- Exceptional forecasting skills.
- Strong understanding of Application Security and DevSecOps.
- Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Established relationships with CISOs and senior Security leaders.
