Endor Labs, a company focused on application security, is seeking a Sales Leadership/Director Level candidate. This role involves leading a sales team, driving sales strategy, and building strong customer relationships. The candidate will be responsible for meeting or exceeding sales quotas and expanding market presence.Responsibilities:
  • Leading, mentoring, and developing the sales team.
  • Driving sales strategy and execution.
  • Optimizing sales performance through data analysis.
  • Recruiting and building a high-performing team.
  • Strengthening customer and partner relationships.
  • Serving as a voice of the customer.
Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience managing high-performing sales teams.
  • Expertise in sales methodologies (e.g., Challenger, Solution Selling, MEDDPICC).
  • Exceptional forecasting skills.
  • Strong understanding of Application Security and DevSecOps.
  • Consistent track record of exceeding sales targets.
  • Established relationships with CISOs and senior Security leaders.
