C6 Bank is seeking a Relationship Manager to join its C6 Empresas team in Joinville, Santa Catarina, Brazil. This role focuses on building a portfolio of PJ clients through field work, visits, and prospecting. The Relationship Manager will offer financial services, products, and solutions to clients, manage a credit portfolio, and identify opportunities. They will also monitor economic trends and work strategically with areas impacting the client experience.

• Conducting in-person visits to offer financial services and solutions.
• Managing a credit portfolio and identifying opportunities.
• Negotiating financial products and services.
• Monitoring economic trends and financial indicators.
• Encouraging migration of flow via Cash-in.

• Active CPA-10 certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of commercial PJ experience.
• Strong client relationships and knowledge of the area.
• Basic understanding of credit analysis and granting.
