C6 Bank is seeking a Relationship Manager to join its C6 Empresas team in Porto Alegre, Brazil. This role focuses on building a portfolio of PJ (business) clients for C6 Bank through field work, visits, and prospecting. The Relationship Manager will be responsible for offering financial services, products, and solutions to clients, managing a credit portfolio, and identifying opportunities. They will also monitor economic trends and financial indicators, working at operational, tactical, and strategic levels.

• Conducting in-person visits to defined locations.
• Offering financial services, products, and solutions.
• Managing a credit portfolio.
• Identifying opportunities for clients.
• Encouraging migration of flow via Cash-in (Acquiring, Collection, Pix Key).

• Active CPA-10 certification.
• Minimum of 3 years of commercial PJ experience.
• Strong client relationships and knowledge of the local market.
• Basic understanding of credit analysis and granting.
