Job Description

Trace.Space, backed by Cherry Ventures, is seeking a Lead Solutions Engineer to drive customer adoption of their next-generation R&D engineering data platform. The role involves creating digital frameworks, leading implementation projects, and influencing the product roadmap. The Lead Solutions Engineer will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through onboarding while collaborating with founders, engineering, and sales teams.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Developing industry-specific digitalization frameworks and reusable solution templates.
  • Managing multiple customer implementation projects, ensuring on-time delivery.
  • Serving as the main point of contact and project manager.
  • Collaborating with Sales on pre-sales, scoping, and new use case opportunities.
  • Building strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders.
  • Traveling (10-25%) for client workshops and go-live support.

Requirements Include:

  • 5+ years in a technical, customer-facing role (e.g., Implementation Consultant, Solutions Architect).
  • Proven track record in end-to-end enterprise software deployments.
  • Deep understanding of industrial product development processes.
  • Self-driven, collaborative, and comfortable in a startup environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
